Johnny Schillereff discovered skateboarding at the age of four, igniting a lifelong passion that would shape his creative and entrepreneurial path. Immersed in skateboarding, hip-hop, graffiti, and the outdoors, he developed a unique ability to fuse urban culture with a deep respect for the natural world.

This vision led him to create Element Skateboards, a global brand built on creativity, community, and making a positive difference. Alongside its nonprofit partner, Elemental Awareness, Johnny helped empower thousands of youth worldwide through skateboarding, art, and wilderness experiences.

Today, Johnny and his family continue that mission through The Heart Supply, a brand they founded to provide skateboards and opportunities to kids everywhere. His entrepreneurial and artistic spirit—shaped by the influences of Jim Henson, Dr. Seuss, Charles Schulz, Mark Gonzales, and Neil Blender—remains dedicated to inspiring the next generation and serving the skateboarding community.
