Johnny Schillereff

discovered skateboarding at the age of four, igniting a lifelong passion that would shape his creative and entrepreneurial path. Immersed in skateboarding, hip-hop, graffiti, and the outdoors, he developed a unique ability to fuse urban culture with a deep respect for the natural world.

This vision led him to create Element Skateboards, a global brand built on creativity, community, and making a positive difference. Alongside its nonprofit partner, Elemental Awareness, Johnny helped empower thousands of youth worldwide through skateboarding, art, and wilderness experiences.
